Earlier today, Meizu users in the official Chinese BBS leaked the specification sheet of the MX4 Pro generated by GFXBench. After checking the GFXBench website, we can indeed say that GFXBench was run by somebody on the MX4 Pro. First of all, it seems like the MX4 Pro still runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat, which means no Android L (yet). The display is 5,5 inch large and has a 2K resolution of 2560 x 1536 pixels. A Samsung Exynos 5 octa-core processor running at 2GHz, which is supported by 3GB RAM, powers the device. This particular Samsung Exynos 5 octa-core processor has the hexa-core ARM Mali-T628 MP6 GPU built-in. Judging by the specs, the camera is the same Sony unit as in the standard version MX4. The front-facing camera has been upgraded to 5 megapixel and supports QXGA video recording. It seems like the tested version has 16GB built-in storage and NFC support.
Furthermore, Meizu has also opened application for private beta testing of Flyme OS 4 for the MX2 and MX3.
