Remember the “U10”? Turns out it is the M3 Max, a 6 inch phablet Meizu phone.
Like all the other devices released this year it is also powered by an octa core MediaTek CPU (Helio P10), just like 3GB RAM.
The storage is sized at 64GB, but can be expanded with a microSD card up to 128GB.
Furthermore you have a 13MP Sony IMX258 back camera, just like a 5MP back camera, and a 4100mAh fast chargable battery to power the huge screen.
It also seems that Meizu turnt the mTouch button to a stock feature.
Additionally the device is also available in 4 different colors and is said to cost 1699RMB, which equals 230€.
Yet Meizu made no official statement, when and how the device will be available for the overseas market. However, according to their posts on their english speaking social media accounts, it could be very likely that the M3 Max will make its way to Europe. As of now it remains unclear, when this will happen. First Meizu plans to ship their first devices in China at the 15 of September, so we’ll have to wait.
